We are producing food - products in a traditional way like smoked cheese and other cheese-specialities in our family-owned enterprise, in northern Germany.

Our master of cheese has developed Veggi Filata in organic-quality, a real alternative to traditional cheese.

When we have started the development of Veggi Filata in organic quality, our most important principle was to resign from all chemical additives like stabiliser, preservatives or phosphate.
ORGANIC Veggi Filata is produced from raw materials, following the organic quality - rules, only.

ORGANIC Veggi Filata is ready to use for pizza, gratins, pasta, salads or sandwiches.

There are no limits to create tasteful meals.

Organic products are produced without genetic engineering. The use of genetically modified organisms or their derivatives is prohibited in organic farming and processing and contradicts the self-understanding of the organic industry.
