Ume Su is used in vinaigrettes, vayonnaises, pickles and much more. Its taste goes perfectly with sauteed vegetables, rice, couscous or pasta.
Ume Su also enhances the taste of tofu. A shot of the two types of vinegar (Ume and Genmai) and a spoon of olive oil are enough for a wonderful salad in no time at all!
