BioVegan Whipping Cream Stabilizer
This whipping cream stabilizer is ideal for preparing whipped cream, cream cakes, or creamy ice creams.
Whipping cream stabilizer is the alternative to all artificial/chemical stabilizing products. An optimal result is achieved solely through organic starch. BioVegan Whipping Cream Stabilizer can also be used as a base layer for fruit cakes and helps prevent the crust from becoming soggy. Simply spread a thin, even layer of BioVegan Whipping Cream Stabilizer over the cake base before adding the fruit topping.
Preparation – BioVegan Whipping Cream Stabilizer
Briefly whip 250 ml of cold cream alternative. Sprinkle in the contents of one sachet of BioVegan Whipping Cream Stabilizer and continue whipping until the desired consistency is reached. Keep refrigerated until serving.
