Xucker Organic Erythritol is the ideal sweetener as part of a calorie-conscious diet and, like Xucker Light, is made from 100% erythritol. Xucker Bio Erythritol is obtained from certified organic corn. To ensure that the organic quality of Xucker Bio Erythritol always meets the highest standards, the cultivation, raw materials and production facilities are regularly subjected to strict controls by external experts.
Xucker Erythritol in use It is less suitable for making jam because it crystallises there. For the production of biscuits and cakes, we recommend that the proportion by weight of Xucker Organic Erythritol should not exceed 25%.
