Naturata seasoning yeast flakes. Excellent as an accompaniment to many cold and warm dishes, e.g. salads, soups, vegetables and rice. They complement the natural taste of the food and add a well-rounded flavor. Or you can use it to make yeast melts as an alternative to cheese ;-)
They have a high proportion of vitamin B1. Since this vitamin is very sensitive to heat, molasses seasoning yeast flakes must not be cooked, but only added to the finished food.
