For this fine organic rusk made from purely plant-based ingredients, we only use original types of spelt from biodynamic cultivation. The flour is produced by an artisan mill using the cold grinding method so as not to lose its valuable properties. An unsweetened dough is made from this with water and yeast, which is gently baked after a long rest. This sensitive manufacturing process guarantees a particularly well-tolerated, crispy rusk that makes a valuable contribution to a balanced diet.
