Ingredients
- 50 ml ginger and turmeric shot
- 330 ml coconut water
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 apple (sweet)
- 2 tsp rosehip powder
- 0.5 tsp acerola powder
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 ml vitamin B12
- ice cubes as required

Instructions
- Wash the apple and spinach thoroughly.
- Cut the apple into small pieces.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, serve with extra ice cubes if you like β and enjoy!
