Organic Tapioca Starch from Arche.

Tapioca is a starchy, powdery (or pearly) extract of dried Manioc.

The Arche Tapioca starch is an ideal binder for soups, sauces, desserts as well as baking gluten-free. It is very useful to thicken soups, puddings, desserts because it takes on the flavor of the food which it is added to. Its cooking is simple, but it is necessary to stir to avoid lumps.

How to use For 500 ml of liquid, such as soups and sauces mix 2-3 teaspoons (ca. 10 g) with a little bit of cold liquid and stir in the rest of the boiled mass. While stirring, bring to boil.
