Baker bread seed crust demeter from Bauckhof. Delicious bread in Demeter quality, homemade, quick and easy!

With a balanced base of wheat and rye flour, oat bran and seeds, you can create crispy bread in the best Demeter quality that also stays fresh for longer. While the oat bran provides you with valuable fiber, the seeds bring a delicious nutty aroma.

Baking mixes from Bauckhof Mühle are made according to traditional recipes without the use of additives, flavor enhancers or baking aids. All ingredients are of course organic. No flavoring, no synthetic colors, no synthetic preservatives, no white sugar, purely plant-based.

Bauck Baker Bread Seed Crust: And it's that easy: 1. Mix the mixture (450 g) with 1 packet of dry yeast, add 310 ml lukewarm water and knead until a smooth dough is formed. 2. Cover the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 45 minutes. 3. Form the dough into an oval loaf on a floured work surface and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the bread with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds and let it rise covered for 45 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 230 °C top/bottom heat. 5. Cut bread with a sharp knife and bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes, then reduce to 210 °C and bake for another 40 minutes. Allow bread to cool thoroughly.

Tip: The bread will have a particularly nice shine if you brush or spray it with water immediately after baking.
