Original Kanne Bread Drink Shot Organic, 40 ml

Rejuvelac (or bread drink, as it is mainly known in Germany) is used to make vegan cheese.

Rejuvelac provides the cheese with the probiotic bacteria necessary for the fermentation process.

Bread drink and intestinal flora Healthy bread drink contains the vital substances found in wholemeal bread, as well as trace elements, minerals, vitamins and microorganisms that are produced during the fermentation process. The lactic acid bacteria in bread drink suppress fungi in the stomach and intestinal tract, strengthen the immune system and support the intestines in building up healthy intestinal flora.

Bread drink has more or less sediment. It contains approximately 3.1 million live bread lactic acid bacteria per millilitre.

Production of Original Kanne Bread Drink First, a special bread is baked. This is made using certified organic grain and our own sourdough. The sourdough is produced according to an old traditional method. The bread baked from this dough is mixed with spring water and subjected to months of fermentation processes. During the fermentation process, various minerals and trace elements are extracted from the baked bread. Once the fermentation process is complete, the bread drink is drawn off, filtered and bottled.
